Glad to receive your e-mail, informing us of your visit to Hokkaido, and fortunately Meiwaku club alsois planning to participate in games in Hokkaido as a single team
Just for your reference, our schedule is as follows.
even tentatively at this moment,
Oct. 10 Friday Leave for Hokkaido from Fukuoka Since place for games ( Kitami　）locates quite far from Sapporo which is the almost capital for Hokkaido therefore for safety , Meiwaku plans to leave one day earlier than usual
Oct. 12 Sunday Game
Oct. 13 Monday Return to Fukuoka
In the meantime, we really appreciate for your kind invitation to Taiwan, We had really an enjoyable and happiest moment when we visited you last time, and we have cherishedour wish to visit you again , though schedule has not yet materialized.
Anyway , looking forward to seeing you and your people in Hokkaido in October, when it is the best season to welcome people from overseas there.
